@Firetorch99 Doomsday was evolved on Krypton by geneticists to be the ultimate lifeform about 250,000 years ago. He has almost no internal organs or blood. He needs no food, water or air. He never tires, and he evolves whn he runs into something stronger than him and becomes stronger. If he dies, his body will regenerate and come back stronger, AND the thing that killed him will no longer work. Meaning you can only use the same trick once with Doomsday. @HeavyWeaponsGuy1963 add all of that to the fact that he has strength and invulnerability enough to go toe to toe with someone who can crack planets in half, and you start to see why he's so tough. People think he's like the Hulk because he's a super strong monster that jumps. He's not. and if the hulk ever met him, the hulk would have the worst day of his life. Doomsday evolves past anything thrown at him.

@sarahclarice2010 Try actually reading the comics yourself before making up facts. If you owned MY 30 year old comic collection, you would burn yours. I have EVERY superman title since 1983 PLUS silver age non-continuity stuff. Superman DOESNT get stronger when killed, and NOWHERE, no WHEN has DC EVER stated that he does. Dont make stuff up. Superman's powers only increase when the storyline needs him to be stronger. Of course, writers also make him weaker when it suits their story as well.

Yeah ruin it for everyone and tell them how he doesn't really die. Though I have to admit when they hyped up the comic a long time ago and I waited to buy it, I was disappointed when they brought him back to life.
