:-( I agree with the others here, music is too loud. The music is supposed to go in the background and not really be noticed. Instead it's like the music is in the foreground and all the Zimbra set up and all in this video is in the background and not really noticeable.

Yup! It looks really easy.
It just takes six months of trawling through conflicting documentation and articles before you can get the configuration to work.
I agree - music is too loud.
