@danielmazzarella No kidding, I used to have an RD-700 and it sounded quite good. I had to sell it long ago, but now I have a Fantom-G8 and I regret getting it. I am REALLY disappointed with it's piano samples in regards to the tonal changes between the different velocities. Hit a note slightly harder and it sounds like a different piano! It's disgusting! I hope your RD-700GX doesn't have the same samples as mine. I wish the V-piano was cheaper!!!!

The sounds are really well-made and touch is amazing especially because Roland company finally changed that shitty PA-4 keytouch system (most time easy to break) used till the RD700SX... So now I use the 700GX even as Master linked to my iMac27 and a simple studio monitor speakers and it sounds greatly!!

P.S. anyway the best piano sound stays the acoustic grand piano and nobody can reproduce it faithfully:)
