  • Wonderful.

  • Nicely done. I play it in slightly different interpretation.

  • I know of Colored Aristocracy - I have it, played by Dave Laibman, on an old Kicking Mule record complete with tab. Its on my 'to learn' list. I have seen/heard it on YouTube, played on the fiddle with banjo and guitar accompaniment. Its uploaded by 'ccdrops' if you want to hear it.

  • I came to think of another Dave Laibman composition called "Coloured Aristrocracy", which is also a fiddle-tune with a slight Nashville-sound. Do you know it by any chance? Impossible to find at YouTube it seems. C.A was interpreted by Stephan Grossman in the late sixties or maybe in the early seventies.

  • stringpiano - thanks for the comment. Its regular tuning and played in the key of D.

  • I always enjoy to listen to people who dares Dave Laibman transcriptions. Well done. Would you mind telling what key an´ tuning you play in?
