LTD Deluxe's are the LTD 1000 series (EC, M and H, standing for Eclipse, M, and Horizon in ESP catalog, plus MH model), produced in Korea. Other LTD's (not Deluxe) tend to be made in Indonesia or China.

The EC1000 is slightly different from the Eclipse (24 frets instead of 22). The quality of LTD Deluxe is very close to standard ESP, for half the price ! That is due to different woods, labour costs and production system. Pickups and mechanics are generally the same...
