@shiltonspring if you listen carefully then you can hear that I called for help and another thing is that why would I risk my own health and safety if it was so clear that the road was impossible for anybody to walk or drive on it. The video shows how the council cares for others and why we pay council tax. So don't take me wrong but the video is funny because as soon someone went to help him, he just walked off like there is no ice on the road.thanks for watching and commenting.Merry Christmas
