I don't believe that these shoes will shape your body nor your legs but they are extremely confortable. I am a school teacher and I wear them religiously. I have the black ones with the velcro fastener. These black shoes are also good because they resemble like ordinary shoes. They don't look like sneakers. My suggestion. BUY THEM!!!!!! They run between $90.00 to $120.00 but the investment is worth it
