i did these for the first time yesterday and from today's soreness i'm pretty sure they mainly work the lower chest, i don't feel sore at all where i usually would after benching.

@pronation1 HW ABT U work out every day, and make sure u go to the gym and not at home and make sure u take ur friends along as u wont get bored/frustrated.... nd make sure u eat alotta chicken , i recommend MCDONALDs :P ( No , seriously , i recommend mcdonalds) then do more of stretches as this straightens ur belly and makes ur figure correct!
actually, the pullover works on back, chest and triceps (u can avoid the work on triceps by keeping your arms straight). But studies proves that it focus especially on chest... hope i could help =)
have you all heard about the new steroids that get you big quick but pushing it up ur butt hole ...boy that sure do hurt havent seen any results tho ..the guy said i have to push it deeper in my ass and offered to help...i suggest if ur gonna use it have some kind of tool to stick it deeper

Lie on your back on a bench. You can use either dumbbells or easy curl bar. DB stretch back as far as you can. Then start to draw. Movement will only be around 20-30 cm. Again, think of where your elbows are. They should be in line with your shoulders.
Do 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions of these movements 2 times a week and my chest starts to get the look you want.
