@50CalPaintballSniper Well, I guess you could do the juice pour, if you really wanted to. You may risk having a soggy tortilla shell, if you "juice it" too much, so be careful. The main reason I spray, and heat the shells like I do is so that they are of the correct slightly golden browned, crispy texture when done. In my own opinion, they are best when they obtain an egg roll type of texture. However, a little of the "juice" from the skillet is desirable as well. Nobody wants a dry taco.
