  • Beautiful dog. It's a pity that thanks to the pressure of too many tourists and exploitation of Fraser island for tourist dollars the authorities have killed a dozen of these beautiful creatures in the last 2 years.

  • nice video, and nice dingos

  • damn u are lucky....love these animals

  • That is absolutely so love able. I'd like to see one, one day.

  • oh ok...then if they are undomesticated then i dont relly think i want one...but i still like dingoes though....

  • schenk12: Thank you for taking the advice. Not many people do, sadly.

A good way you can support dingoes is pressuring the Australian government to list them as a protected native species, not "vermin". Visit dingowolf dot org for more information.

  • dingos rule...i want one for a pet so bad but the govt says no!!!!WHICH SUX ASS>>>

  • schenk12: Kudos to the government in this case. You wouldn't want one; They are a wild type of wolf, not a domesticated dog that can easily be kept as a "pet". While captive dingoes are not generally aggressive, they are extremely hard to contain, socialise and keep happy otherwise. Most attempts to keep dingoes as "pets" end in disaster. The dingoes in my videos are not "pets"; They live at the Dingo Discovery Sanctuary and Research Centre.

  • Dingoes are my favorite animals. It really sickens me the way some people are so desperate to make them extinct.

  • WhitexLightning: We have the same view on this. Thank you for your comment. If you would like to help dingoes, visit dingowolf dot org

  • There is NOOO DINGO!!!

    Original: THERE IS NOO BINGO!!!

  • wow. our faamily has a mut nd we arent sure watsh is but we love her to death she looks JUST LIKE THOSE DINGOS!. thanks for the gr8 video.

  • Dingos are amazing. One of my favorite species of wild dog. :)

  • nice video, and nice dingos ^^

  • bjsparntz, unless you can provide us with some reasonable arguments for why dingoes are "garbage animals", keep your immaturity to yourself and don't comment at all.

  • wow get a life....bjsparntz=GARBAGE ANIMAL

  • you have a pet dingo!?

  • No, these dingoes live at a sanctuary owned by friends. We campaign for the protection of dingoes because the Australian government is actively engaged in driving them to extinction. I regularly visit the sanctuary to do volunteer work or study the dingoes and enjoy their company.

  • Thank you for the educational video. I visited the website unfortunately it is under construction. I have a keen interest in the dogs. Again, Thank you.

  • You're welcome, daidybone. If you're looking for some specific information about dingoes, feel free to ask me.

  • don't call the mama a bitch. poor wika. she's a cute mommy. cute puppies too. she's a good mama.

  • Bitch = Female canine.

    Dog = Male canine.

Thus, when I write "dingo bitch", I refer to a female dingo. I don't understand why the word "bitch" is commonly accepted as an insult. Wolf bitches are some of the most beautiful, hard-working, tolerant and family-dedicated creatures to roam the earth... Something every human being should aspire to be like.

  • some people think that "bitch" means misbehaving woman

  • I know, threelegduck... and that's what frustrates me.

  • yeah, as you probably know, bitch isn't a nice word in American English.

  • Thats true, but as we all know that "bitch" means its a female dog. Even look it up in a dictionary if you don't believe me.

  • I know that you are correct. However, in American English it is rarely if ever used to mean that.

  • True that, True that.

  • aar they are so cute!

  • What happened at the end ? She ate you ? :D

You don't seem in danger between them , they're like normal dogs .. well some of them mix with dogs in real life.

  • She came over for a snuggle and back scratch.

Any wolves socialized to humans are like this. Once strangers show up, however, most will prefer to stay away as they have an inherent distrust and fear of people. Wolves are really not aggressive animals and they'll just avoid you in the wild, only very rarely showing themselves.

Yes, wolves can interbeed with domestic dogs because they're technically of the same species.
