dietrich its joe berns i miss you its fun to see your art work and hear the music i like the song how is your new apartment? the snow is cold, but perfect for something what? hard to say hope to see you soon love, your friend forever, josef
I'm one more Perpie alum to throw in here -- definitely nostalgia with the swings! I loved Dietrich's art... and he was good in dance-offs, too! How awesome that a film is dedicated to his work, I'm excited to see this.
Oh yes, I think he was. He always seemed cheerful when i saw him, and everyone was very polite to him. One thing about him that I'll always remember is that our Visual arts teacher used to bring her golden retriever to class and Dietrich would get very nervous around it.
Ha ha, that's funny. That's good! It just goes to show how accepting art schools really are and what a great environments they are! I'm so excited for Perpich! It'll be the greatest experience in the world! And, after seeing this, it shows me how much of a better place it is (Not that I already knew that =P)!
Beautiful clip and artwork! I have an 8 year old daughter with autism who also loves to draw, I will watch for this film in the future..best wishes! <3 Kirasmumm

I went to Perpich as well, I was a junior when Dietrich was a senior.
I didn't know him too well but i do remember his art, it made quite an impression on me. Seeing him on the Perpich swings is a huge nostalgia bomb.
Ill definitely have to check this out.

His artwork is wonderful.

Can't wait to see this film. I've also got an autistic son who is an artist. Just last night I had one of his drawings tattooed on my arm!
