This AMV kicks ass.

First, there are a number of really mature syncing decisions. 1:00 - 1:08 e.g., multiple beats occur within a cut stressing the rhythm, which adds emotional intensity and focus to that part of the video.

The reoccuring motifs (open doorway, shining light / bloom effects) force the viewer to associate with them concepts, and they act as characters in this video as much as the leads.

Also, there's a clear story, lips are synced, and Video/Music are high quality.

@ClockworkWielder I kind of have that feeling as well about the Wolrd of Narue as well. Even though it is more random and 'pop-y', I like it better for some reason. =o

I think it's also because of the mood and setting of the AMV that helped with my first one. =) When I re-upload Vegas Pro onto my laptop, I'll try to make something like Narue again. =)

This anime is Karas the prophecy Which is actually two movies (It was supposed to be 3 movies, but I geuss they had changed their minds) . =)
