@Icey314 The baby isn't cinematic, it's the way the birth is shown. In the options, there's some setting about disabling the cinematic version. When cinematic is enabled, it shows special events in the sims' lives with black bars below and on top of the screen, like a realistic movie, as well as a pre-made video for each event.

The only reason my cinecam wouldn't work on my old PC was because I had really crap graphics. Once I started playing on this new PC, the graphics were ten times better, the game loaded A LOT faster (even with the same number of downloads as on the old comp), and CineCam worked great. My advice...Try to save some money to buy a better comp. Or at least a better graphics card.
