We timed the dialogue out and matched the sounds to the mouth shapes. This was quite laborious but we had a range of interchangeable mouths we could switch to match the voiceover.

This is the best student animation I've ever seen. I laughed my head off at the baked beans sequence. How did they do the lip sync?
