@LTcrew You're right of course... grates on my ears to hear "a millenia. Still... this is the funniest thing I've heard in awhile. Let's kill the damned gods, so we can all live free and in peace!
No that makes them Nietzscheans :D who once said, "God is dead" referring to Jesus Christ. This makes so much sense its amazing. Nietzsche had said that the only Christian that existed was Christ and he was dead.
But before he met the clone of Kahless, he believed him to be supernatural. He also believed in Fek'lhr (the Klingon Devil). And what about Morath? DS9 was a great show and Worf was a cool character, but they made up so much stuff that was inconsistent over the years that I is impossible to figure out what the core traits of a Klingon were supposed to be. It seems like Worf lost his way as a Klingon towards the end of TNG and by DS9, he was trapped between human and Klingon culture.
Thank you for posting this! A friend and I were just talking about geeky fantasy religions and I told him, "I'm pretty sure the Klingons killed their gods," and now I can prove it to him.
Logical...now if only all gods would die (the ideas of them ) like merlin (just forget them,walk away and they cease to exist)

I bet even the Vulcans agree with the logic in that statement.

Shouldn't it be "a millennium" ago?

@LTcrew No

@LTcrew not necessarily- a millennia is plural so maybe it was several thousand years ago.

This almost sounds like the truth close to home. Maybe we killed our gods?
