    if u want more cooler than then do hollow.

    from handstand --> scorpion(hand stand type) --->bridge

  • lol, that's not hard. i was able to do that last year. now i can do that but hollowback. try extending your feet, and straightening out our shoulders. you should be able to do an elbow hollowback with a bit of practice and flexibility :)

  • I have a good tip. you appear to be extremely strong so that's not a problem. you need you back to be a little more flexible. I find doing backbends really helpful. try to do a backbend so you rest on you forearms and not on your hands. good luck. I figure skate so if you want some stretches I can help you.

  • You're bending a lot in the lower back, and not at all at the hips. To get your feet closer to your head, you especially need to bend more at the hips. To do that, push your feet further out in FRONT of you to straighten your legs (keeping back muscles and abs tight), and let gravity make more of a bend in your hips and upper back. Then when you've got a good bend at the hips, you can bend your knees, while keeping the bend in your hips and upper back, to bring your feet to your head.
