  • The best explanation about Tai Chi Chuan I have ever heard. After trying learning the trade from various 'famous' masters and reading numerous books, I for the first time succeeded in getting in touch with the chi gong state by applying Dr. Yuen's ideas into my practice. I dare not say I got it (Tao), but there is really something in them (Dr. Yuen's videos).

  • crap theory, he can explain his interpretation, but please dont pass on something that is not absolutely true to general public and please dont misuse "Tao" to teach. Typical Hong Kong character : arrogant and self centered.

  • The guy's shoulders are slumped. The back is rounded. He has been shifting from one leg to another during the entire clip. If this guy is relaxed, he is very good at concealing it.

  • Full glass no longer can take more water? There's more behind what surface seems.

Enlightenment comes in any form, silence or motion. His teachings is part of Tao, let go of oneself then perhaps inner wisdom shall tell otherwise.

  • The presenter is both arrogant and opinionated. In his entire series of four lectures, he presented his very narrow, and sometimes twisted, view on Taichi and Qigong. His understanding of both was heavily influenced by his martial arts background. By following his teachings, with all due respects, I don't believe one can achieve the deep relaxation states enjoyed by so many Taichi and Qigong practitioners.
