i dont have my ipod jailbroken but my other one was and i think it is either the android lock(check the settings for it in ur settings app) or the theme(disable the theme in winterboard and see if it still does that) thats the best i can do for u and i need to ask u a ?. does the jailbreak affect ur battery life please get back to me thx.

Motion makes the icons fade in and out but the theme is glasklart
