This was such a fantastic show...I loved it as a kid. Now, as an adult, it's fun to watch old episodes and wonder just exactly what drugs these guys were on! I loved it then, and I love it more now!
I used to watch all the reruns of this show in the early 80's. Not sure if they were on CHCH or global though. :/ I have not seen the ending of this in probably 20 years. I said it word for word with Vincent just now though. :D God this show was the best!
To everyone that has taken the time to post all the freightenstein material.. THANKS SOO MUCH!. This brings back such terrific memories when i was a young boy. Getting up early in the morning, so i could watch this show! So very happy to see all these clips. How times passes quickly!
Drive-In TV airs the show up here in Canada at 6pm EST every weekday. Sadly the intro music has been replaced with a generic knock-off due to copyright issues with the original music and the Wolfman Intros and Complete Wolfman Segments are edited due to copyright issues, which kind of takes away from the whole show as The Wolfman was pretty much a staple of the show to begin with.
No Shit! Last time I saw this show was around 1974 when I was 10. And without hearing the end monologue, I said it word for word after not hearing it for 35 years. Thanks a LOT for this,I'm off to see the other videos.
Yeah and America had the best PM shows, like Creature Features and Chiller Theatre ( WNEW 5 and WPIX 11 respectively) and Tri-State area horror movies were the king :)
I got "Frightenstein" on WNEW 5 after school. Great stuff and an excellent addition to Youtube :)
Vincent Price was the perfetc way to end the show. Too bad Boris Karloff wasn't around by this point...that would have also been reptty cool to have him do the close as well.
I still find it amazing that little CHCH-TV in Hamilton managed to acquire the services of Hollywood legend Vincent Price for a kids show.

So happy I grew up in the 60s & 70s when Vincent Price was a television favorite in the Halloween season. :)

Oh what a great time to be a kid.
Now here we are in our 40s
When the power went out at work, I screamed out "the castle lights are growing dim"
Then when the last buzzer of the day went
off, another guy screamed out "yabba dabba doo"
Yep, I think we're stuck in the good times forever.

It would be nice if TV Land in the U.S. or Sci-Fi Channel in the U.S. would air the classic comedy series.
So far, TV Land in Canada is airing the series.

You and me both - I knew the intro and the end monologue of by heart. Canada had the best Saturday AM shows in the 70's.

To think, KPRC (NBC Houston) bumped The Secret Lives of Waldo Kitty for this show.
