Sorry, I was mistaken about your Taylor. I thought it was a much cheaper model. A 714 is a substantial guitar. I have a 514ce which is terrific but not as good as yours. My son has an 814ce which is really nice. I like the idea of not much ornamentation.

Great job! You need to get you a more expensive Taylor. You deserve it. I like Guy's version on Live at the Bluebird Cafe CD with Steve Earle and TVZ. I am sure you have heard it. Also like Dublin Blues from the same CD.
@biscotti54 Hello....thanks... I actually made a pilgrimage to the Bluebird Cafe once...it was afternoon, no one there lol.... thats a great CD. My Taylor is a Grand Auditorium 714... its got most of the good woods and construction, but not any of the fancy inlays on purpose... I don't like to pay for ornamentation that does nothing for the functionality of the instrument. I bought this one new when I had a few extra bucks... its been a good investment.
