Absolutely no offence to the people of Mansfield, but the town itself is possibly the most scruffiest and run-down I have ever been to. It's not too far from where I live, and I couldn't believe how rough it is to be honest.
Yeah right, there are NONE of these in Mansfield town center. I was in the market place when a store holder was having to deal with a theif, there was NO talking camera, no security guard, no police nothing. Best CCTV in the country MY ARSE.
