I actually know a girl who was always telling me about these videos and how they 'inspired her' to be skinnny.. she died, she was short and normal weight for her age. Working out doesn't make you even close to this thin . Obviously these girls have no muscle . Alls they eat is like 3 carrots a day and if you're a gymnast you would literally like pass out . I have to eat a shit load of food so can be energeti enough for practice . Being this thin is majorly un-healthy . It may look good but i would never want to be that thin . And no i am definitely not fat . Be healthy not anerexic or bulemic .

@AngleOfDeathXXX if you have the $ you could buy a home workout machine. but exercise is really the only way to burn get a toned body, if you only diet you'll flabby thin.
@AngleOfDeathXXX go to bodyrock(dot)tv :) it is like THE best website ever and has changed my life :) it's not exactly easy, but most of the workouts are only 12-15 mins long :)
I think this is actually really sad, people should not think that they have to be rail thin to be beautiful. It's great to have goals to be healthy, but whether you're thin or large you should always have someone telling you you're beautiful :) I was around 220 pounds and my fiance (now husband) always told be I was beautiful and we have a great relationship, but one day I said enough was enough and now I am down to around 153 and I'm still as pretty and confident as I was at 220. Love yourself.
