I was in court with a friend for a traffic ticket and watched someone try to exercise their constitutional rights only to be told by the judge that they had no Constitutional rights in his court room. I was completely blown away.

Oath of Office Violations by the Judge. Call and get his Oath of Office and his Bonding Company and the judge will know you mean business. Get all these truths on an affidavit. I'll shut up as I've mentioned this before. Best of luck to you Patriot.

He could get the change of venue but it wouldnt change the judge. He would follow the trial. The law has already proven it wont protect him. It doesnt care because the people that enforce the law dont care.

Kangaroo court. Cant your lawyer get enternal affairs to investigate all these blatent violations of your constitutional rights in court? Cant these proceedings be extradited to another county because of all the bais?
