Not sure which exact clip you mean in the beginning but it Mvid goes as follows: This first clip was from when Sailor moon was fighting Queen Beryl (Serena was having a flashback) Second and third clip was from The Sailor Moon R movie and the clip at 0:06 is from Sailor Stars which was never dubbed in English. It was real, Luna was talking to Artemis about how Serena first met Darien. Dariens house caught fire and his parents died. He was the only living from his family. And Serena was a sick child and she was in the halls with her flowers and came into his room and gave him company ^_^ Thats how they first met ^_^ lol

That's a scene from the Sailor Moon R movie from where Fiore grabs the crystal on Usagi's chest and she shows him the memory of where she first met Mamoru as a child when he was in the hospital, and Fiore sees that the rose that Mamoru gave him was from Usagi.
