If a large percentage of the population does not engage in "Community Policing," meaning that they do not report crimes and they do not serve as witnesses to crimes, it severely hampers the ability of the Police Force to protect, not only that community, but the larger community. Not everything can be filtered through the lens of your indoctrination.
And those were more than predictions, they were based on reports from the Police Chiefs' Association of America. It's not a prediction, it's a pattern. Everywhere vigilante groups have worked with DC lobbyists like F.A.I.R. to pollute a local government with hatred and bad policy, the results have been the same. He is aware that one of his detectives committed perjury about the alleged sexual assault of two black children by a white male and he turned a blind eye. I'm sure he remembers Donnell Robinson, Taylor, Tori and Rodney Gene Williams he was in office when all four were failed by his force.
Our Chairman and supervisors are not taking in consideration the whole community which can only bring division. We aren't invisible and we disagree with regular citizens discriminating and policing our neighborhoods without real education.
