couldnt you just use a word pad file with alot of common responses in and copy and paste them for free? that way 1- you dont need to pay for it 2- you dont need to remember what the "snipets" are called and 3- you dont need an extra piece of softwar always running?

I hate canned responses, and would feel dirty if I used this tool.
