  • Google Chrome defeats Internet Explorer...Google Chrome for the Win.

  • Why does it seem like Microsoft and hence Internet Explorer seem like that dysfunctional relative you are obligated to invite at every family gathering but everyone wishes didn't come?

  • If MS IE doesn't work to view a web site/service, I usually just switch to a browser that does. That switching happens often.

  • iam happy with my IE8 currently, regardless of SVG support or not...

must add... i am agreeing with gatapia1

  • Great presentation, very excited about the html5 stuff google has been doing.

  • I see a potential for a large amount of growth in services to update IE6 only web apps to HTML standards compliant applications in 2011.

  • Testing

  • first reply

  • 1500 developers worked on IE6 because in IE5 ms figured they won the browser war and left only 10 or less engineers on IE team. It took that many to get the browser up to speed and at least compete with FireFOx.

  • IE sucks and will suck forever

SVG is quite old and only this stupid shit hasn't anything of it in it...

A plugin wont be a lot better, the adobe plugin hasn't a big share so why should your plugin gain a bigger market share?

if nobody would support the stupid ol IEs anymore, nearly everybody would get a better browser or updates at least, so there is hope, but you at google push this old shit... not very good for the web

  • Google Chrome is my Browser. IE Not Anymore....in my pc

  • Google needs to just let IE die, and let Chrome take over. Instead of giving our IE plugins, have it just install Chrome and make it the default browser on peoples computers..

  • I could have been the first commenter but I wanted to watch the video LOL

SVG is really useful but you cant leave bitmap on the side.

But with html5 things are going to be awesome. I can't wait till this goes publicly. Hope IE9 is going to step up and not fall behind.

  • IE what?

  • why google keep posting this video..

    let IE die

  • can't believe 1500 developers worked on IE6

  • /me writes 1500 nasty letters...
