It looks like a1950 Mercury. 1949 had round tails lights on them the1950 had long tail lights and the 1951 had the tail lights up on them.

@mrcaymanislands1 It is a 49 Mercury the 49 Lincoln had round tail lights i think i should know as i have all of its papers so before you try to correct people do some research.
