ur choreography is seriously the s h * t ! i would pay to see u in VEGAS baby ! heart team JAPAN !! and that tripped out LENNON tune ~ IMAGINE....perfect !
The the walk over that was awsome You guys are really good are u going to international cup 2009? if so lookk for the less good team south flordia dynamics good luck in all you do and remember smile presentation is everything
i myself am twirler too and i think its routines like these that inspire me to push myself further in the sport..its just amazing what this team can do..there are no limits and its brilliant to watch! =]
I have NEVER heard of this twirling until I saw this video. And I really have to say it looks REALLY weird! I love Aeshetic Group Gymnastics (and Rhytmis Gymnastics), so this looks like really bad group of AGG :O
you have never seen a twirler, even with a marching band???? Regardless, it's interesting that this could be considered bad by any measure. What is difficult to appreciate on this video, beyond the obvious synchronicity of this group, are the mile-high tosses, catches, and exchanges of the batons. It's why the crowd goes wild....
its twirling.... not gymnastics...and we use dance and gymnastics with twirling, maybe our gymnastics isnt as great as your "AGG" hense why we are called TWIRLERS...but we still have fun and represent our country in something we love.... :O
i was there!!!! woot woot! and i got to meet keisuke komada and the japanese team. my mom said tat there routine last year was better tho. i didnt go last year, i didnt cualify so i wouldnt know. some people believe tat we [USA] should have took gold becuz we had less drops but me i dont think soo do u see how together they r and how when they drop or make a mistake u can barely tell. [btw if u didnt know USA took silver]. oh and if anyone knows the name of this music please reply to me!!!
I can see Seishi's choreography in this. The idea that mouseinstinct says was the direction clearly comes through. I thought this before I read her comment.
I love this routine musically. Even watching it through this form (small screen) evokes a ton of emotion. Very well done. I wanted it to be sooo much longer.
Seishi created this program as a reflection of the current state of the world. In a time where our earth is ravaged by war, our perception of peace has been perverted. Thusly, he uses one of the quintessential depictions of peace, John Lennon's "Imagine," but a dark, almost perverse version, as the soundtrack to this program.
grave il sont ipresionan heu la musique sapelle imagine de john lennon moi jen fait depuis 4 ans du twirling et je suis ausso fan fan fan!!

It's hard to watch anybody else after watching these guys. They are so perfect and just take baton twirling to a different level.

I too, absolutely love Team Jappan. Their choreography is less frenetic than ours. Much more elegant.
