S3 has all torque at 1800.

I read a review on this car and it said that stock, they have already almost maxed out the transmission as far as torque goes. So it isn't really one of those cars that you can mod very cheaply, I see it as more of a great daily driver for more mature buyers.

fat head... you could not have descirbed it in any better way...i have a gti...i love the r32s looks and awd but no that its at its limit of perfiormance capability...so i bought a gti and bought the rear bumper... european rims .. front bumoper...and am stage 2...so in my mind i have an r32 that wud rip on any of these things

One simple fix to that is to not by one with the DSG get a six peed manual it handles great deal more torque than the DSG ... uprgade the clutch

there is always something better than stock. new air intake to get rid of the stock air box. you can have the motor ported a polished. you can replace the super charger with a newer one with better performance or you could just get a boost controller for the stock super charger the sky is the limit with cars like this almost all have something that can be upgraded for more HP unlike "Super Cars"

The engine sounds pretty much the same as my old 1993 VR6 but looks a bit revvier as it has 24 valves. Its amazing that VW still use the same engine block they did back in 1991 when the vr6 first was introduced

Brand new only 2000 miles :) I cant resist sound of this bad boy have fun with it :) nice red one rare color. and when you put the camera  very close I was just smiling from this sound camera almost flipped from muffler haha nice one.
