After I played resident Evil 2 with my uncle back In the 90s. That´s when I made up my mind about what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to be a videogame developer =)

My first game will most porberly be a horror game of some sort. Cus that´s the genera that I loves the most.

@theGaminggrounds Well, when you make it, I would love to know what it's about, no matter what it ends up being, or if it's a big project, or just something small to get a feel for it. Anything that is inspired by or brought about by RE2 is something I would love to hear about!

@Deadlyflameb1 Thanks man =) cus honestly, Im not that much impressed about todays so called horror games. It´s more about action now day´s, then It´s about horror. And the music part are really, really importent In an horror game as well.

The last horror game I played that was more then just a "meh", was F.E.A.R 2 =) have a great weekend btw!

@theGaminggrounds I completely agree. Good horror games should make you see every bullet as priceless, watch for any sudden movement, listen for any sound, a foot step or a moan (God knows I did a lot of that in RE2) and unfortunately because it's so actiony now the music seems to have seriously degraded, which is so annoying. I'm not saying they suck, but it's not the way it should be. Evolution is one thing, completely changing a genre is another.

@Deadlyflameb1 Very well said and written. I have to say like this. Don´t fix something that´s not broken, you can enhance, reinvent and evolve an concept. Sure, no problem. But It´s not even horror or survival horror any more.

It´s just action with some cliche "horror" moments here and there. If you want an very good ex on pure horror. Then play system shock 2 with all mods, alone, In an darkroom. And the funny thing Is this, System Shock 2 wasent even like an horror game. Still, It rocks!

i think people who want to see RE 1.5 be made into a game should start sending messages to capcom and maybe after awhile they'll do it :D

@meg5493 Well, unfortunately, Capcom has made announcement after announcement that they will not be releasing this game at any point, on any system, for any reason. =/ Isn't that stupid?

@Deadlyflameb1 it is stupid i mean lots of people really like 2 and now with 4 being released many peoples favorite character is leon so they'll probably have bought the game

@meg5493 One reason is because it fucks up the story. Elza never existed, and the police station is a pivotal place for the entire Resident evil series. It was why the virus existed, why Leon and Claire survived, and why the G-virus ever made it out into Raccoon city. It all connects underneath the police station, through loads of grimy dirty secrets. That's what made RE2 so fucking amazing. I really want to play this game, but it won't officially be released ever. Which sucks. :(

@meg5493 That's true. That's the one thing that's been bothering me about the game. I admit, even though it's a first person action shooter, it looks amazing. And yes, a mission objective is to kill Leon as well as any other surviving RPD members. It's kinda bothersome really, but I'm sure it'll turn out for the best...(I hope) The biggest reason is because it overwrites the police station and Leon's story there, as well as Claire. I think they should release it though.

@Deadlyflameb1 im very nervous about it seeing how capcom has changed the genre of the games completely especially with the 6th game revelations i checked a gameplay video of it and the zombies are now regeneraters i was just thinking WTF?! i've almost finished my RE collection all i need now is RE1 for ps1 outbreak files 1 and 2 then dead aim and maybe gaiden if i find it cheap

@Deadlyflameb1 well actually, they never finished RE 1.5... I think Capcom had 60% of the game. but it wasn't finished, and they never did, and never will.... Crap I miss this games.... In part I'm sad they didn't finish this... but I'm glad too, because Claire was made for RE2 and I love her, she's awesome. =D

@SakuraRedfield96 I gathered from the name you did. I like Claire too, and playing through RE2 got me attached to her. 1.5 will always be a distant dream, but I suppose it's for the best. RE2 was phenomenal and I wouldn't want it any other way.

I always that that secret lab room in re2 had an even more old school sound, that really stood out from every other theme in the game.

The remix they did for Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles is amazing, It's called Live Evil if you haven't heard it. Equally Resident Evil 2 would have been awesome either way looking at this content. Shame though, maybe 5 wouldn't have turned out so horrible if it was the case.

@wolftickets1969 Yes they still used it for that room only but that rooms a secret room so yeah they sneaked this in as the BGM for that room. I always think that start of this sounds more like parasite eve.

That's why I say RE 4 and 5 is still awesome, however I just wish we could still have the Resident Evil we all played way back in the 90's with its new nightmare. It would have made it really awesome. ;D
