@Joe0994 Alright, being impatient and all I just tried to figure out the chords myself. I haven't figured out all of it yet, but the main chords used over most part of the verse and the chorus are A, F and Dm.

There's a change after each verse and I can't figure out what chords are being used. Hope this helps though.
