@90fahim i couldve swore that there was a hadith saying the best jihad is the jihad an nafs, the struggle to better ourself. controlling ones desires, then the least form of jihad is fighting. fighting in the path of allah is just not physical, is mental, spiritual, and physical. nonetheless, they are all good. And fighting is only permissble when your fighting for Allah, which means enjoining good and forbidding evil, this is what Allah wants from us, not straping bombs on ourselves lol.

its unforunate he is giving wrong deifnition of jihad may Allah guide us all ameen. Jihad is infact religous fighting in Allahs path that is the sharia term, however, linguistically it does mean struggle but that is of no use to us. If we were to open any classical book, and open chapter of jihad we can see this. Also there is a video before this one uploaded buloogh al maram, that one also has a chapter on jihad. We should be pleased with law Allah gave us, and not dilute it for non muslims.

@alithelin1234 Assalamu alaikum.....He's not necessarily giving us wrong definition bcuz in islam both definitions apply. The jihad an-nafs which is the jihad within urself to try n battle evil desires. The second one is jihad fisabilillah which is jihad in the cause of Allah, this involves physically putting urself in harms way for sake of Allah n fight in His name for the right cause....Unfortunately, today muslims are acting as if jihad fisabilillah is not part of islam, so thats WRONG
