Ritmo who raced wide went fron an 8,000 claimer to a free for all'er in 6 races. He also died when a horse broke in the stretch at Maywood in front of him. I think it was R Chi Chi that broke.

Wrong and wrong. Ritmo never raced in a 8,000 claimer. Ritmo died as a result of a farm accident on Thanksgiving day 1988.
