- Japan should seize all of Sea Shepherd's ships in Antarctica for later expropriation and refitting as whaling vessels.
- All Sea Shepherd crew members should be convicted to forced labor and shall help the Japanese whaling industry.
- All foreign countries with citizens on these vessels (including the US, AU, NZ) have to let this go unchallenged or face a trade war including firesales of their treasuries by the BOJ, bans on imports as well as permanent seizures of all their assets in Japan.
