You need to line up the timing marks on the cam sprockets first, and then lock the cams in place to keep them from turning. If you don,t do this the cams will turn out of time due to the tension from the valve springs against the cam lobes. I am currently building one of these engines but I am not at this point yet. When I get to that point and have figured out the best way to lock the cams in place, I will post it.
FIRST THING YOU ALWAYS DO IS POSITION CYLINDER 1 @ TDC!!!! You will bend valves if this is not done.

The #1 piston has to be at the top of the compression stroke before you even try to do this.

@dreamingnights90 you really did this?
I mean, what about the 3,8-4,5 mm spacing at the tensioner? and also i think it is a bit off timing. Did it worked even a bit? how much time?
An was it working good?

So how did this work out for you? I'm having the EXACT same issue with mine. That is the closest I can get to having them all lined up. Any pointers?

IF U BUY THE KIT TO TAKE OUT THE BALANCE SHAFTS U WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THE EXTRA TIMING MARKS AND THE CAR WILL RUN HARDER DID IT TO MINE
