My wife is a Nurse and office manager for a pediatrician for the last 28 years. In the late 80's through the mid 90's she saw, with her own eyes, "Crack Babies". Simply horrible that a mother couldn't at least stop her use for 9 months so her child could have a chance at a normal life. Many of those "Crack Babies" are now in their late teens and early 20's trying to survive in a harsh world. Many have lifelong handicaps and/or low IQ's due to the damage done before their birth. Sad...
