Does anyone know why Chyi become a Bhuddist? I respect her a lot.. and I am a Bhuddist myself. I am just wondering what is the 'yin yuane" that she starts to sing these songs? I really like the songs. They are so comforting.

In Sanskirt he/she is known as Avalokitesvara.

In Tibetan he/she is known as Chenrezig or Tara.
