Not to be picky, but the diaphragm doesn't surround the lungs, it's a band of muscle that rests underneath the lungs just above the stomach....

But the tips are great ^^

@xfangsxupx Just to let you know from a medical stand point. The "thoracic diaphragm" is the muscle the controls breathing.

the best way, i learned, to use your diaphragm is to learn to play an instrument. for example i can hold a note longer now that i can play the flute.
