Its sad to see them not getting in the water. Glad they still use tilicome though. Been going since before I could walk. Ive always wanted to be able to swim with one of those amazing animals, I planned on going to school for that. I know its for safety, but I also know they loved every second of being in the water. Its the same risk I take getting on my horse, or the risk a bull rider takes at a rodeo. They know the risks... they should be aloud to get in the water.

FINALLY! A high-spirited, fun looking Shamu Show! I just about had it with the somber, pretentious, slow and boreing-as-hell Believe show! It had some nice songs but it was SO BOREING! The show I had as a kid was just like this one: awesome stunts from the whales with an awesome fast and fun beat behind it! Got to go see this asap!

I just got back from Florida yesterday and i went and saw this show two times and loved it and i know i could see it over and over again because what these are truly magnificent and amazing animals who can do magnificent and amazing things. They are really loved and seem to love doing what they do. I got soaked by Shamu when i saw it the second time and i swear he was smiling when he was drenching everybody!! It was a funny moment and an absolutely breath taking show!!:)

well, it looks pretty cool. I'm hoping when I see the whole show this year, I'll have some new favorite parts that I like about the show. I'm sure going to miss how the trainers did those old tricks in the water with the killer whales, like they used to, because that was my favorite part.And it makes me sad that they can't do that anymore, because of what happened, because that was my favorite part of the show. But at the same time, I know it's for the safety of the trainers.

@detrack In Feb of 2010 they pulled the trainers out of the water because of a attack. Sea World has announced it's just a matter of time before the trainers return to the water. They have already begun working with them in the medical pools. I'm guessing next year the trainers will be back in the water. I agree though. Theres no more magic.

How ironic that the new show for these enslaved animals premiered on Earth Day. I know I'm going to get thumbs down, but I would never say something negative on a video unless I really meant it. I used to LOVE SeaWorld, until I studied these animals in the wild (the northern residents). I was quickly turned from a pro-cap to an anti-cap. There's no way for a person to understand unless they really spent time with wild orcas. Sadly, most of the trainers have not so much as seen wild orcas.

@Iroquoiszx oh the wonderful things seaworld does for the animals... jacking them off and then ramming there hands up the females to impregnant them in order to keep the torture shows going. getting dolphins from places like taji who slaughter them by the thousands without a care in the world. taking the babies away from there mothers becuase they dont have enough room for another orca, so lets send it to another place (WILD ORCAS live there ENTIRE life with there families) u go RESEARCH!

@freakishej Sea World Japan. It's not the American SeaWorld parks, the two are entirely unrelated. The American SeaWorld parks are not allowed to buy animals from Taiji. The AZA imposes a strict code of ethics which forbids them to support the slaughter. Over 80% of SeaWorld's animals are born at their parks, not loaned. The other 20% come from rescues or from other AZA accredited facilities.

Please do research before whining. You're just making yourself look stupid.

@dolphinserenity They didn't PURCHASE him from the FISHERIES, smart one. When I say "Japan," I'm referring to the drive fisheries. It is illegal for them to buy an animal from the wild that's been retreived in that manner. Argo's unreleasable. The Japanese park couldn't keep him. SeaWorld took him.

Strandings and drive fishing are NOT the same, unfortunatly. So yeah. I may be a lot of things but I sure as hell am not ignorant about this.
