@eatshrots hehe i dont know what ur setup is .. vestax might be a nice upgrade. but my djing years have taught me an important lesson. better to save for longer and get something u wont regret at all... ive had a pmc 05 iii for a couple years.. it made me quit scratching for a while cuz i couldnt afford going to the next town to buy myself a fader every 2 months... my friend on the other hand has his rane since 02 and it doesnt bleed at all.. and he scratches way more often then anyone i kno..
@neopandorex2 true, i own a ttm56 and its lasted with me for 3 years or so. it just seems nostalgic when seeing legends use them. ive played with vestax a few times, and the feel between mixers are noticable. click sounds from the crossfader and so on...so i guess im speaking from a spoiled view =P...definitely would be better off with something that lasts for sure
@neopandorex2 I second this-save! & go for something with less bells & whistles. The more basic, the better. You knwo youre paying for decent components rather than effects units & things. I have a Rane Empath. Probs the most complete & ergonomic that Ive used in over 15yrs of DJing... & no bleed on the x-fader in 4yrs.
