I see more subliminal messages. Look at the way his mouth and body moves...They have no resemblance to what he's actually saying. And I know that animators were good enough to make them look like they were saying what they were meant to. Also, I know it isn't lag, I've watched several videos with the same thing.

Just imagine hordes of now-adult 90's children dominating the world under Brain's control... That would be awesome!

Why does Brain (and always has) reminded me of President Eishenhower? Like seriously look at the face features. Maybe its a social commentary as Eishenhower was the leader of the Allies in World War II or maybe I am history nerd and no one else sees it but its been bothering me for a long time please comment yes or no

Brain's voice of course is an Orson Welles impression, as far as his physical design, I have never thought about it but he does kind of look like Ike. That being said I think that is probably an accident and not on purpose.

@indianamotors Actually, he's visually based on Animaniacs writer Tom Minton. The original Pinky and the Brain looks came from a Bruce Timm caricature of Minton and Eddie Fitzgerald, though Pinky morphed a *lot* more than Brain did before they made air.
