Thanks for taking your valuable time and posting these clips from the webcams monitoring the site, the flashes, glows and smoke rising from the buildings (this is NOT a marine layer,some us know the difference living in areas with one) says it all. Folks they can not enclose these four reactors within 9 months time, one reactor may take a year to cool! (see Arnie Gundersen Chris Martenson's interview, the truth is there, not conjecture!) You don't have to be an expert, just use your brain!
forgive me if i'm wrong, but i think this is a result of radioactive particles acting as a condensation nuclei.
