They are called abjd (Asian ball jointed dolls) and are very expensive. In Sweden they cost from 2500 sek. One dollar is about 7-8 sek :) But rare dolls costs more. I think you can buy them from japanese sites :)

dollfie is just the term one company VOLKS uses to name the sizes (i.e. super dollfie, mini supder dolfie)
