  • Can any 1 tell me a good protein thing 2 eat at breakfast......Jamil

  • wow Lucky bastards

watched um hundrad times but still not leavin um

  • eat alot of food get SOME fat and then turn it into muscle it will cause bigger mass

  • looks like jay cutler at 4:36??

  • In case anyone didnt know, Mat Duvall won this contest.

  • can anyone tell me how to put on more size and mass?

  • To gain more size, my advice is to focus on the 3 compound movements> bench, squats & deadlifts. You should have one of these in each workout, do 2-3 sets at ur max weight to failure while maintaining good form, then u could follow up with a static hold straight after ur last set eg.one leg extension static hold for 20 sec. Eat plenty of carbs and 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight. Try including full cream milk into ur diet, milk protein is found to be effective.

  • To add: 1 gram per 1 lbs of body weight is good enough. Milk causes bloating, diarria and is full of sugar, I'd avoid it. Consume lean beef, steak, eggwhites, chicken breast, fish meat. Use of protien powders is a must.

  • u need sugars. getting it from milk and fruit is best of both worlds.

  • Carbs??? As a sourse of energy maybe but building muscle protein handles that. It's basic knowledge for any bodybuilder. High protein diet is the right info not carbs.

  • hard work, sleep, and eating really big, they are the basics

  • That's way too simplistic. "eating really big" can mean a lot of things. Proper nutrition is a must, and the timing of meals is also important.

  • thanks =)

  • work out and check out this stuff called wey protein its not roids it is protein and its healthy go to the gym

  • HAHAHA.. were you born yesterday? Everyone knows what protien powder is.

  • i believe its spelled whey

  • keep the workout and diet. and no surrender you've got to be mentally strong enough to reach your objectives that is the hardest thing, but don't use esteroids.

  • High protein diet, and stick to heavy weights. Back and Chest should be your main focus and also traps because they do give a good shape to your body as a bodybuilder. Keep away from alot of carbs, Protein builds muscle and this should be your staple diet. Also get some protein shakes, they'll top you up what you don't get from the food intake.

  • Well if you are already ripped then double what ever you eating now and always remember that (TO GET BIG YOU WILL HAVE TO EAT BIG) plus train properly and you will be there soon.

  • Whew! assorted muscle store...pick up anyone of these guys as role models for your workout. Watching these clips would bring energy to your body, yeah!!!

  • nice show

  • theres nothing wrong with creatine, its naturally found in your body and found in meats, thats thae first fuel your body burns up when you start a workout so the more the better

  • omfg nice biceps at 6:05

  • def saw some future pros in this vid

  • does anyone know a good way of getting the fat % down

  • Filter in more cardio into your workout, or use slightly lower weight with higher reps.

  • As i think is if u do your cardio 5 times a week and strength training 5 times a week 3 times protein and creatine shake and pls hav abit no explode aswell then u ill surely get that body.......

  • it sucks how like you havto be on so many supplements to get that big... jus pumping weights isn't enough. does any1 know of any1 who got to be that rippd/big by just working out and using protein shakes? None of that creatine, N.O explode, etc

  • i dont know what you consider big but i randomly read this and i have news. i am LDS (mormon) i cant do drugs or whatever. im 6 feet tall 230 pounds at 8 % bodyfat and 20 inch arms. i live bbing 24 hours a day. i cant get bigger naturally. ive been the same size for 3 years after 9 years or trainning. no creatine only protein and food (also vitamins)

  • er, nearly every comp has natural bodybuilders in it, they are just in different catergories than the ifbb pros and that. Theres not much difference in size either.

  • what counts as natural(proetin shakes), does creatine count as natural

  • man it is really hard, u would have to work out like 5 hours a day, because just taking proetin and food will get u big but not cut, it happened to me and i took N.O Explode(fucken good), Cell Mass, Nitrix and Hydroxicut Hardcore and freaken got cut

  • First of all, bodybuilding and powerlifting are two very different things. There are many very strong bodybuilders, but strength is not just what the sport revolves around. Second your very ignorant if you think any pro bodybuilders got there without steroids rule of thumb: If the body looks too good to be true, then it is. For all of you out there and commenting below, if you want get started go to bodybuilding. com

  • bodybuilding. com is a good startin point i agree. Bodybuilding is about perfect symmetry, size and leaness. To be a top pro like Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman, getting there without steroids would be impossible, supplements including protein shakes may get you up with the big boys, but you would never be able to match them.

  • USAMuscle and Repetrope video productions are of the highest quality. They show off the newest talent and help keep bodybuilding going. This trailer was another reason bodybuilding will not disappear

    Trainalways

  • you morons, bodybuilders are fuckin strong, just not when they are at 2% bodyfat, cardioed out, in a calorie deficit! any powerlifter who went through that would lose 50% of his max strength! but as a powerlifter myself, yeah, it's all go and no show! but bodybuilding is probably the most hardcore sport! and it has given me a more effective nutrition plan for my power goals!

  • yea most bodybuilders are all tone but in reality they are not near as strong as powerlifters. if you want to see some real power go to the powerlifters. nothing aginst the bodybuilders but there mostly all show.

  • Bodybuilding is all about how much it looks like you can lift. 9 out of 10 if not 10 out of 10 times powerlifters are stronger. Respect to both!

  • thats the fucekn sickest vid ive seen ever!

  • Concentrate on following a good diet and doing cardio rather than worrying about how many situps to do. Creatine and whey protien are the greatest supplements!

  • I weigh 133lbs. How much situps and crunches should I do because I want a sixpack too. What supplements would work for me? I need someone to reply to me anyone.

  • I don't know, but I am 6'2", 210 pounds. 1 month ago I weighed 230. I mostly ate canned (oil free) tuna mixed with oatmeal. No oatmeal after 6:00. A salad or 2 per day. Plus training 5 days a week. about 8-10 sets per bodypart. Do abs like 3-4 times a week. Weighted abs. You should have sore abs like 24-36 hrs later. Do lots of cardio if you have fat...Eat 1 gram of protien per pound of bodyweight.

  • Hi mate as u said eat protein per pound of ur body weight does it hav to be devided into 3 or 4 meals u know to get that much protein otherwise u cant hav that all in 1 meals innit and the second thing that if u do ur cardio 5 days aswell as 5 days weight training will be oright or will i lose muscles aswell

  • alright man, i'm not the smartest person out there, but what really did the job for me and my friends was stacking N.O Explode, Cell Mass, Nitrix, and Synthat-6 together, and jsut work out, that's what i recomend, it's great result no joke

  • i love the new no2 black by mri, size on(creatine), and pro-complex gainer. oh by the way, for you power athletes, you SHOULD do cardio. it's up to you. i do the elliptical before and after every weight workout. gets my limbs warm and limber before the weights and blood circulating throughout my muscles and body after! STRONG, LEAN, and HEALTHY! i also like to eat just enough to encourage gains, no more!

  • If your trailers are any indication, you guys have great production values on your vids.

  • NICE. I want them on my team,

  • love JEff Schwartzer shaking his mighty leg!
