i think you guys are missing the meaning of this song.. everyone is making comments about this being abot peace and anti war but its really not. its saying that from where god is watchng us we all look perfect and peace full but when you get closer you see all the problems with the world. so really god doesnt have a lot of say in what we do ad its kinda saying that from faraway everything looks perfect and thats where he is. thinking that nnothing is wrong.

We sang this song in elementary school. Broadway kids, it was a music and acting club I was in.

Some of the songs stick to me still, 5 years later.
