@whoo689 I'm pretty sure we've gotten kind of close to that whole "looks like America" deal, at least when it comes to black congressmen. Maybe not so w/ hispanics, but it'll happen. It doesn't necessarily mean hispanics are PREVENTED by party bosses or the FEC from running. Not a lot of them have won office in federal elections lately. But they will in due time.
