i am on firmware 4.2.1 on an ipod touch and have itunes 10. when i connect my ipod to itunes and run remote, nothing showes up in the devices list. any help?

Gotta enable remote devices ppl, it works perfectly for me just to go to edit, prefrences, Devices, and enable "Allow iTunes controller from remote speakers" really simple :)

the passcode will show on your ipod..then goto itunes and select your ipod..then look right below that and there should be another icon saying "blah blah's ipod" click that and it should be where u enter the passcode

make sure your bluetooth is ON!!!!

It uses wifi to connect to itunes. 1g iPod Touch does not have bluetooth.

1.1.4 or 2.0??

I am using 2.1. This app does only work in 2.x firmwares.
