You should watch IU's acoustic covers like "i'd do it all again" IU's great at the guitar! I love her album as well- It's the only kpop album I own. :)

She's so talented taking a big part in the creation/writing/composing/producing of the album- not to mention the fact that she's only eighteen. If you liked You & I, I suggest you check out Good Day's mv (since You & I is supposedly Good Day part 2, so the same stylistic vein). Plus, it has IU's legendary three-step climax note (which is pretty much the reason she blew up in terms of popularity).
Also, she is an actor as well, she was one of the mains in the drama Dream High, which is a musical-like show, haven't really seen it actually but since you mentioned the acting or television, she also had a song on the OST.
Listen to Good Day from her mini album last year. That song brought so much attention to her and for a very good reason. Such a good song to comfort you when you're going through a break up as well.
