the season was awesome after the fiasco of the 6th one. best season, it had a bit of everything. they learned the lesson to not underestimate helen. i would prefer much more if mike or tara won it.

Tara should have won, everyone knew that Tara should have won, nobody thought Helen would win, she so had lipo suction or something before the finale, she looks like a raisin:P I hate her>:( TARA IS THE BEST! she never went below the yellow line, she won 12 challenges, and she lost by about 3 pounds, 3 BLOODY POUNDS!!! I can't believe she lost, she was my inspiration, she never stopped, she kept going, pushing herself untill she threw up! She deffinatly deserved to win WAYY more than Helen did!

Excuse me, but I find it wierd that no one is mentioning how incredibly skinny Helen was. And her belly was all destended, so much that she looked starved. The rumours are that people that know her say that she starved herself before the final. That's just wrong when this show is all about being healthy and fit.

I'm pretty sure most of america was pulling for Tara to win. She was the only one who truly deserved it, and I feel so sorry for her that she only lost by like 2 pounds.

Congrats to Helen, but I think the one who deserved it the most was Tara. She never manipulated, backstabbed, lied, held grudges, or any of that crap.  She simply kicked butt in everything and dominated throughout the entire season.

Tara or Mike should have won because Helen should be tested for drugs she looked sick and not healthy at all. I hope she gives some winnings to her daughter that sacrificed herself for her selfish mom. The biggest loser should first of all make the healthiest looking one and more deserving one to win and they should put a rule, that if they don't keep it off for at least a year the runner up wins the cash. I still think Helen took something to lose the weight she looked sick.

I was pulling for Mikey because he gave a year's worth of groceries to Aubrey. What a sacrifice! I didn't see anyone else doing that. But Tara was a doll too. I didn't exactly love Helen: I thought she was irritating. But I give her credit. All the finalists lost over 50% of their weight! Awesome.
